For example, last week was a weapon and this week is a helm. If you ding this week, you still have to earn the weapon before you can earn the helm. You have the same schedule, just behind people that are current. You can easily grind a couple of rewards per week to catch up though. For example I had an alt that was several weeks behind in s1.
